"I have leased a vehicle from Toyota "Hattie" for the last eight years. Now that I am older I do not do all the yard work I use to do, so I do not need the bigger 4Runners that I have loved so much during the last 8 years. I wanted to down size, and Jake Bolton, my salesperson for the last 8 years, led me through the process last Friday. It was so pleasant to have a company and salesperson that you can rely on, from the purchasing of a new car and the servicing of that car throughout the lease.. Jake took all my wishes for a smaller vehicle and showed me what he thought would fit my needs. I chose the Rav4 Limited, which allows me to take my big oxygen machine on trips out of town, as well as fit my adullt sons.. Usually, it's just me, except once or twice a year. The technology is amazing, particularly for someone older with my special needs. I'm just amazed that I can have a car that helps me with loading and unloading, as well as keeping me safe as I drive, whether on the streets or hwys. You'll just have to go see for yourself! There are way too many new helpful and safety features on these new vehicles to talk about each of them. I am a retired teacher, so I can't say enough good things about Toyota Financing. They have allowed me the luxury in vehicles that I never could have afforded to buy. The day I leased the new car, I even had time to stop by and buy my new tag, before going home that Friday. What a fun car to drive, and yet reliable and safe! There are some great deals going on right now at Toyota, but I can bet you will always get a great deal at their dealership."

"I had been informed that my 2008 4Runner was in limp mode and had to have it towed into your service department. I had called around 9 am to let someone know that it was being towed, and I spoke with Joy. She was so nice and helpful. She told me that they would call me as soon as my vehicle got there to let me know it had arrived safely. I received a call at 10:20 am from Ivan letting me know it was there. A little after 12, Joy called me back to let me know that rats had tried to make a nest and had chewed my wires. Also, she let me know of other issues I was having. I wound up getting a new battery and an oil change. She was very courteous and made me feel like Toyota of Hattiesburg really cared about me and my vehicle. She then told me it would be ready when I got off work. I was trying to figure out how I would make it there since my daughter has gymnastics at 5 on Wednesdays. She then told me that it would be no problem for them to deliver my vehicle. I was very impressed since I work in Petal. She then called back around 1 to tell me my vehicle was ready and they were on the way with my vehicle and took my payment over the phone. I was so stressed about my vehicle before I called Toyota, but now it was been a great day. I hated spending the money, but I'm so happy and grateful that it went so smoothly. This has been probably the best customer service I have ever received in the 34 years I've been living. Thank you Joy and thanks to everyone in the service dept that worked on my vehicle and got it back to me!!! I'm a single mom with 2 kids that I have to get to school everyday and to different things around town. Not having a vehicle had me beyond stressed. Again, thanks to everyone!! I will tell everyone to be sure to use Toyota of Hattiesburg. Awesome experience on an awful day!!!"

The week after I purchased the car, I had a "crisis" when a nail in my left front tire caused a near flat. I was out of town and had been quoted a very high price for replacing the tire. I called you, and you gave me perfect advice: "Air up the tire, and drive it to Hattiesburg! Don't pay the price for a new tire 'those' people are asking!" I did exactly as you suggested, and although I did have to buy a new tire, I knew I was not being cheated! The service center there at Toyota in Hattiesburg was more than fair to me in replacing the tire.

"I just wanted to thank everyone in the service department starting with Josh. My wife, our dogs and I were in your shop on the 2nd of June after loosing our oil plug on Hwy 98 and was towed into your dealership. Josh and the staff were AWESOME!!! One of the sales guys, Grey hair plaid shirt, took all of us including our dogs into the showroom, got us out of the heat, water for the dogs and was truely top notch. Luckily we were able to pull over and get the 4Runner turned off before any damage occured. Josh and the crew checked everything and we were back on the road within 30 min after arrving at the dealership by tow truck. "We and most of our extended family depend on Toyota. I love my 2008 Tacoma and the Yaris has been great for Mother getting in and out more easily. Less than two weeks after we purchased our Yaris my sister and her husband purchased one from you after driving and riding in ours. They love it!
My brother-in-law who owns a logging company uses Toyotas for work trucks. He has one that is pre Tacoma and it has a little less than 400,000 miles on it with the original motor and transmission. When the family gets together we look like a Toyota sales lot with Camry’s, Corolla’s, Tacoma’s, Sequoia’ s , Tundra’s and now Yaris has been added to the family.
The company I have worked for 31 years is now replacing all the F250 trucks for the salesmen with Tundra’s. Now if I can just get Mr. Brackman out of his Lincoln and into a Avalon or a Lexus we’ll have it complete.
